WEDDING ENTERTAINMENTWhether you wish to book The Rat Pack Trio or not Its meant to be the greatest day in your life, so try and and make sure it is by booking the very best and most suitable wedding entertainment you can. Try to think about the whole picture throughout the evening for everyone and make it your prime objective to hopefully make everything run smoothly. If you have decided to book an act, priority must be that they are suitable, not only for you but all friends and relations coming to celebrate your big day. Age group can vary from 1 to 91 and you want to try and keep everyone happy. Traditionally everyone dresses up and makes the effort for such a special occasion, so you definitely need an act that you can count on who will also make the effort and looks as though they are also paying their respect to the bride and groom.
It is essential that if you have an act and a DJ that their is harmony between them. There is absolutely no room at all for personal ego trips by employed entertainers. They should both be there working together to ensure a great night for the hosts. Sadly this not always the case and it should be made clear in writing to all parties well prior to the big day exactly what is and what is not to be expected of them. One or both of the happy couple may have a special request and often it's the song that they heard on their first meeting or special point or date in their relationship. This means so much to them and the act or DJ should have this in hand by asking them at the time of taking the booking if the couple have any special requests. Sometimes the groom may be brave enough to want to sing a particular song and again the DJ or the act should be able to accommodate this with notice. It is not a concert where the public are paying specifically to see entertainment. Your entertainment is incidental and a nice bonus secondary to bride and groom. Always remember its a very special day so book entertainment that is special. Call Wayne for free advise on 0115 944 1770
