Q What is the cost ?
Return air ticket to Asturias in Northern Spain. Car hire 3 days - this can be split between those in it. 4 nights accommodation between £20 to £40 per night depending on what you want.

Total Cost £200 to £300 as an absolute maximum.

Q I am a beginner - would it be possible for me to do it ?
Not without stopping to rest several times.

Q I am a top cyclist - will I have to wait for jokers like Wayne ?
Fortunately not - however the greatest climbers in history find this climb stressful. Go at a pace which is best suited to you and your objectives.

Q What training will I need to do ?
This questions obviously varies tremendously - depending on current fitness. You need to get out on a bike and start climbing big hills. Improve your leg strength, endurance and aerobic capacity. Training indoor on a gym bike increasing the resistance as you get fitter.

Q Can you help me with my training schedule ?
Yes - you need to train on 20% + inclines.

Q What bike will I need ?
Down to personal choice - but it needs to be light and beginners will need low gearing of at most 30 chain ring & at least 32 on the cassette.

Q Do you have to pay to join your team ?
No

Q Can I just come and watch and support ?
Absolutely - we would love you to come along and just help out.
