Tickets are £17 in advance or £20 on the day, with FREE
admission for a maximum of two under 11 year olds, with
an adult paying for a £17 ticket!

Tickets for the Premier Zone (front 40m from stage) are
£25 in advance, or £30 on the day.

VIP tickets including a meal in the Abbey's West Front Suite are £58
and include a Premier Zone concert ticket.

Filming by promoters - may take place at the concert and buying a ticket gives consent to use footage as promoter wishes.

Right of admission - is reserved and promoters may not allow admission to anyone considered unsuitable or under the influences of substances likely to affect their behaviour.

Promoters staff directives – must be adhered to by anyone on the venue premises or face eviction.

Search operation - may be in effect for all entrants to the venue.

Hazardous materials - are not allowed into the venue including fireworks, barbecues and naked flames.

Smoking - is not permitted on the grounds of this venue.

Prohibited equipment - include tents, gazebos, parasols, banners, poles, flags, large umbrellas, footballs, very large tables and anything else considered dangerous or likely to cause an obstruction.

Pets - are not allowed with the exception of registered guide dogs.

Filming photography and audio recording - is not allowed by customers and may face confiscation
of equipment or equipment not being allowed in to the venue.

Refunds - will be made only if the concert is cancelled and this does not include booking fees which are a separate service charge made by the provider.

Paying admission on the gate – is cash only as we are unable to process credit and debit cards.

Admission price on the day on the gate - is more expensive than in advance.

No physical games allowed – sports like football etc are not allowed.

Retail – of any description is only allowed by accredited vendors.

Parking – is complimentary, please follow stewards instructions.
Identification – is essential for any relevant matters like collection of tickets or proof of age.

Retain your ticket in a safe place and also the wrist band or stamp or whatever secondary form of identification is given to you on the day.

Food and drink including alcohol – is allowed into the venue within reason and also should be available to buy from vendors on the day. Anyone considered to be abusing quantity for consumption faces confiscation.

Programmes – beautiful giant size 10th Anniversary Rat Pack Pack Vegas Spectacular Show programmes will be available at the bargain price of only £4 each on the day.

Meal will be served at 5.30pm in the Abbey's West Front Suite
and there will be a concert undercover area for VIPS's

Booking for online is £2 per ticket – no booking fees paying cash at any listed shop outlet.

Dancing – is allowed in front of the stage if space available – but please do not stand in seated areas blocking peoples view.
Entrance time – 6pm Premier Zone ticket holders will be allowed in first.
Arrival time – gates open at 6pm and car park 5pm – please do not arrive before 5pm.

Show time – live show will commence at 7pm, there will be a 20 minute interval and end at approximately 9.20pm followed by charity raffle draw and all music will cease by 10pm latest.
Meet and greet – meet the stars of the show immediately after the show and get your programme signed for free

Undercover areas – are limited - its an outdoor concert.

Toilets – additional outdoor toilets provided on the lawn where concert takes place.

Security - for your peace of mind will be by Showsec the UK's leading company.

Charity – This years chosen charity is Notts Hospice

Food available – from cafeteria in the abbey.

Lost children – see nearest steward for collection point.

Transport - From Nottingham catch the Stagecoach bus 737 or Trent Barton 141 which drops you off outside the main gates of Newstead Abbey. It is approximately a mile walk from the main gates on the A60 to the abbey. Newstead train station is approximately just over a mile walk but there is only access from the main entrance on he A60.
